Return Policy

1. General Condition

  1. Where you change your mind about a product purchased from KOAST, you may return it to KOAST within 30 days of purchase, in exchange for a full refund, minus freight costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Where a product is returned between 30 days and 90 days after the date of purchase, you will be eligible to receive a credit note.
  3. Please do not apply postage labels directly to a product’s packaging. All products should be returned in a separate postage bag or box.
  4. To receive a refund or a credit note for a returned item:
    1. All returned products must be in their original, unused and uninstalled condition, including in their original packaging; and
    2. All packaging must be free of writing, postage labels and damage

2. Postage

  1. All return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.
  2. KOAST recommends that all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance.
  3. Please do not apply postage labels directly to a product’s packaging. All products should be returned in a separate postage bag or box.
  4. All returned products should be posted to:

3. Excluded Products

KOAST does not accept returns for change of mind on:

  1. Clearance or sale items; or
  2. Custom and custom configured order items, including mirrors, mirror shaving cabinets, vanities.

4. Exchanges

  1. KOAST does not offer exchanges on change of mind returns.
  2. Please place a new order for all new items.
  3. At the time of making your return, you may request a credit note instead of a refund on your returned item. That credit note can be put towards the cost of your new item.
    1. Please Note: Credit notes will expire after 90 days from the date of the credit note and need to be used before 90 days from the date of the credit note.

5. Processing your return

  1. On receipt of your returned product to the KOAST warehouse, KOAST will undertake a quality check of the product.
  2. Where the product and its packaging are in their original, unused and undamaged condition, KOAST will:
    1. Process your refund to the account on which payment for the product was originally processed, or issue a credit note within 14 days of receiving the product at the KOAST warehouse; and
    2. Notify you by email once your claim has been processed.
  3. Where you have purchased a product using a discount, you will be issued a refund or a credit note for the discounted value of that item. Where a discount has been applied to a whole order, discounts apply equally to the individual items within that order.
  4. Where a product or its packaging is found to be damaged, has been installed, or is otherwise not in its original condition, that product will not be eligible for a full refund. The product may still be eligible for a partial refund. In such a circumstance, the customer can elect to either:
    1. Receive a partial refund or credit note; or
    2. Have the product returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

6. Damaged Product / Warranty Claim

  1. This policy only applies to change of mind returns.
  2. Where you have received a product that you believe is not of appropriate quality, please refer to our Warranty Policy and contact KOAST directly at sales@koast.com.au.
