We will dispatch your sample pack within 24 business hours from when you request it. Generally, it takes to 3-5 business days to arrive from the day that you have placed an order online.

PLACING AN ORDER AND INSTALLATION

As we manufacture to order, we seldom can not supply. Simply place your order and if there is an issue with your selection, we will contact you the next business day with possible alternatives. If we can not find you a suitable alternative, we will arrange a refund and a gift for your inconvenience.

Yes, your order will be delivered to your door ready to install. Note: we are not a flat pack cheap-scape and there is no assembly required.
Shipping costs can be viewed once you place your items in the truck (KOAST Shopping Cart) and you’ve entered your postcode.
Sure. You just need to make that selection when you place your order and we will notify you when you can collect your order.
We guarantee your order will be ready for despatch within 3 business days. We also know that this is too quick for some projects so please let us know when you need to have your order despatched and we can arrange for your order to be despatched on a specific time frame saving the risk of loss or damage on site by arriving too early.
All KOAST products are well wrapped, packed or even sent in a custom made crate if necessary to ensuite they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Given we have such a speedy delivery time this can be a challenge as your order most likely will have already left our factory however the best option would be to phone us directly on 13 000 KOAST or send us an email with your re-oder confirmation number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on your location and your local carrier they may leave allow your order to be left unattended but we recommend that someone would be home to accept the delivery.

As we cover a wide range of products which include a wide range of materials, we recommend you follow the individual product care instruction supplied with the product or ref to our Product Care Instructions.
We have a very good record of no damage deliveries.
However, things can happen and if your order arrives damaged please do not sign for it without notifying the delivery driver as well as noting the damage on the paperwork and getting photos of the damage as soon as possible.
These photos and notes are very valuable in assisting us with claiming your damage with the responsible person.
RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
The short answer is no because everything we make for you. Your order is custom made to suit you and no one else is likely to want that exact combination.
However, with our Smart Designer it is very unlikely you will make a mistake because you can visualise everything accurately. If you need to change your mind after you've placed your order, you may be lucky depending on how soon it is after you place your order because we are very efficient and process the orders very quickly.
However, if you did happen to change your mind and your order hasn’t gone into production yet, you may be able to make changes. It depends on what that change is.
It would be best to call or email us as soon as you can, you must understand that your custom-made order is not of use to anyone else but we understand and we are here to help. We will do everything we can.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to remove an item once you made the payment. You must check your order before making your payment.
